This Shipping and Exchange Policy applies to physical products purchased from Gaudhuni Industries through www.gaudhuni.com. (Donations to Gaudhuni Foundation do not involve shipping.)
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation (and, for prepaid orders, payment realisation). As products are handmade, dispatch may occasionally take longer during peak periods or festivals; we will keep you informed.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Domestic (within India): delivery usually within 5–10 business days of dispatch, depending on your location and the courier.
- Remote or non-serviceable PIN codes may take additional time or may not be serviceable.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any), Cash on Delivery charges, and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. The amount payable displayed at checkout is final for that order.
4. Courier Partners & Tracking
We ship through reputed third-party courier partners. Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared with you by email/SMS after dispatch. You can also view order status in your account under "My Orders".
5. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural calamities, strikes, or other force-majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in tracking and resolving such delays.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept may be re-shipped at an additional shipping cost, or refunded after deducting applicable shipping charges.
7. Exchange of Damaged / Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request an exchange within 7 (seven) days of delivery by emailing info@gaudhuni.com with photographs and your order number. After verification we will arrange a replacement of the same product; if it is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
8. International Shipping
